Meet the Coaches Behind Next Chapter Parenting

We’re two seasoned therapists and parents — Diana Flemma, MA, and Sarah H. Levi, PsyD — with over 45 years of combined experience supporting parents and young people. We've worked with thousands of families navigating this unique stage of parenting, and we’re passionate about helping you feel more grounded, connected, and equipped to thrive through it. We offer workshops, coaching, and community for parents navigating the complex “launch” years, empowering them with tools to support their children—and themselves—through this transformative stage.

Sarah H. Levi, PsyD is a clinical psychologist and parent coach with over twenty years of experience counseling college students and young adults. Her work on college campuses has given her a front-row seat to the challenges young people face—and what they truly need from the adults in their lives. Drawing on this insight, Sarah now coaches parents of teens and young adults, helping them raise confident, independent kids who stay connected to their families. Her approach blends psychological expertise with real-life perspective as a parent of a high schooler and a middle schooler.

Diana Flemma, MA is a licensed clinical professional counselor and parent coach with over 25 years of experience counseling high schoolers, college students and parents. Additionally, Diana earned a certificate in College Admission Counseling from University of California, Berkeley.  Diana coaches parents to help foster independence and self-advocacy in their teens during an often frustrating and sometimes scary transition, helping parents address and navigate the struggles their teen will inevitably face when making the transition to college. Having experienced first-hand the complex emotions that bubbled up when my own teen left home years ago, I became inspired to help others to become better prepared for this!
